ABOUT BEST BEARD IN BELLINGHAM
Does someone you know have the best beard in Bellingham? Is that person… you? Well, we’ve got some great news. In honor of No-Shave November Aslan is hosting a Best Beard in Bellingham competition. We’ll be crowning two different champions – an Instagram submission winner and an in-person contest winner, to be decided by a panel of judges.
Instagram: Submit your beard photo at any point during November with the hashtag #aslanbrewing and #bestbeardinbham. Be sure to include Aslan branding in the photo to be entered in to the competition!
Event at Aslan: On Wednesday the 30th we will be hosting a beard competition! Beards will be judged using three criteria: Beard Length, Beard Creativity, and Beard Power. Judges will combine the aggregate total of a 1-10 score in each category. In addition to the overall competition, we'll be crowning winners in the following subcategories:
- Best Mustache
- Free Style
- Cleanest Beard
- Longest Beard
- People's Choice
The competition will start at 7 pm in our Beer (Beard) Garden. Check in with our staff to be entered into the competition. From there, we'll give you a number and take your photo. Judging will last 2 hours and the winners will be announced at 9 pm. Contestants must be present at the time of announcement to win.
