Every summer we look forward to the time between the 4th of July and fresh hop season. That's because a very special IPA comes out today! Captain Ron is a brewery favorite. This beer is jam packed with New Zealand hops with a splash of German Huell Melon. You're greeted with a rush of aromas of pineapple, white wine, and orange juice. The soft mouthfeel provided by the oats helps create the tropical vibes these hops are looking for. Flavors of citrus (grapefruit and lime specifically), pear, and pineapple balance out a faint, pleasant bitterness creating a drying sensation that feels akin to a mimosa. This beer is vacation in a can.
