We are thrilled to finally release our Flanders Red Ale! This beer is a traditional Belgian style ale aged in neutral oak for nearly 5 1/2 years. The oak imparted a very subtle vanilla character that pairs beautifully with the tart, dried cherry and spicy peppercorn notes throughout. A hint of sweet caramel, along with a prickling carbonation keep this beer balanced as it dances across the palate. This is the perfect beer to pair with the rich decadent flavors of the upcoming holiday season and we can’t wait to share one around our tables!
