In 2019 we were approached by Westland Distillery to put our Frances Farmer Saison in freshly emptied peated whiskey barrels. After resting in the barrels for 2 years the beer was finally ready to be packaged. After conditioning in bottles for 8 months this beer presents a punchy lemon acidity and rich peaty funk with a smooth body tying it all together.
