    IMPERIAL MILK STOUT WITH COFFEE

    Satan's Airport is a rich and intense Imperial Milk Stout brewed with 50 lbs of coffee from our friends Bellingham Coffee Roasters. Pouring jet black, this beer looks and smells like a rich, roasty Americano with hints of cocoa. Smooth and bold coffee flavors are balanced by a subtle bitterness and a lingering milk chocolate sweetness.

  • Stratadelic

    FRESH HOP IPA

    berry + tropical + herbal

    🌱✨ It’s the most wonderful time of the year… fresh hop season! We’re thrilled to introduce Stratadelic Hazy IPA, brewed with over 150lbs of just-harvested, organic Strata hops from Roy Farms. These hops were picked and added to the brew within hours, locking in all that vibrant, once-a-year flavor. Expect bursts of mango, strawberry, and orange layered over juicy haze, wrapped up with a resinous finish.

    Fresh hop magic doesn’t last long — come get it while you can!

  • Ginger Rye

    RYE PALE ALE

    ginger spice + lime + medium body

    Ginger Rye is back! We're happy to see the return of an Aslan classic that has been with us from the beginning. Inspiration for this beer comes from a delicious cocktail called the "Moscow Moose." As the name suggests, this American Pale Ale tastes like ginger and rye, balanced with the bready and biscuity notes from the malt and the pine and floral notes from the Centennial hops. However you choose to enjoy Ginger Rye, may it be as unique and exciting as this beer. Cheers!

    FESTIBER

    bread crust + medium body + herbal

    Here at Aslan, we always welcome this festbier's return as it represents the transition from summer to fall. The combination of Pilsner and Munich malt contributes flavors of toast with honey and fresh dough. The hops provide a delicate floral and peppery note that balances the malt profile. With a bit bigger body and ABV than a typical German lager, this festbier has us ready to celebrate the coming of fall and is perfect for the upcoming cooler nights!
