    Canadian Lager

    A glass of golden goodness inspired by our Northern neighbors. This beer is only brewed with pilsner malt, which provides a light, bready canvas for the subtlety of French hops. The hops supply an herbal, almost tea-like flavor upfront while finishing with a clean, lightly citrusy bite. This Canadian-Style Lager is a refreshingly drinkable lager brewed for the colder and darker months. Enjoy!

    Happy birthday to the Aslan Depot! We’re so thrilled that our little bar is turning seven.

    To celebrate, we’re excited to share 7 Deep, a bright and expressive Brett Saison, with you. You’re greeted with an aromatic blast of pineapple followed by more subtle banana, spice, and funk. Flavors reminiscent of tropical cocktails mingle with a zippy effervescence that gives this beer an enjoyably dry finish.

    Happy Women’s History month!

    We’re thrilled to be bringing back a staff favorite in Frauenbier. This schwarzbier is a collaboration between the women of Aslan and pours beautifully black with hints of ruby. A nutty, bready flavor is balanced with flavors of bitter chocolate before finishing smooth, dry, and an essence of floral. We’re so grateful for the women on our staff who make Aslan, Aslan. Whether they’re pouring you a beer, producing your beer, marketing, or planning events (the list goes on, seriously, there are too many roles to list!), we have a truly amazing team of women to thank for making Aslan a success!
