Old Bavarian comes from our love of Southern German lager. A keller Festbier, richly malty and crisply hoppy - served unfiltered. With the blend of malt from 3 Franconian malthouses, and hops from Hersbrucker we should really be calling this beer old Franconian - but we love listening to our Director of Marketing pronounce Bavaria and Franconia is part of Bavaria, so it works right?
