Smells of resinous pine, akin to driving along the northern California highways, take you back to the time when IPAs were fresh and new to the scene. An assertive bitterness greets you like a pang of nostalgia, longing for simpler times. Citrus and tropical fruit mingle with flavors of flaky biscuits with honey. The carbonation and drying bitterness finish like the slight sting of a really good high five.
