This beer is jam packed with New Zealand hops with a splash of German Huell Melon. You're greeted with a rush of aromas of pineapple, white wine, and orange juice. The soft mouthfeel provided by the oats helps create the tropical vibes these hops are looking for. Flavors of citrus (grapefruit and lime specifically), pear, and pineapple balance out a faint, pleasant bitterness creating a drying sensation that feels akin to a mimosa.
