Bay Drifter is an American Pilsner inspired by Bellingham’s first brewery, Bellingham Bay Brewery, founded in 1902. Obviously, we don’t know what those beers tasted like back then, but we did some research and came up with a beer that we think honors the time and tradition while still staying with the current flavors and ingredients. This pilsner is clean and bright, with distinct cracker and white bread flavors and a grassy, lemony bitterness.
