Ten years feels wild to think about. How do you commemorate that length of time with just one beer? By going all the way back to the beginning. The first beer brewed on our original 15-barrel brewhouse was our Red Ale. To pay homage to that beer, we took the original recipe and all of the “Evolution” that’s occurred over the past ten years to create this Red IPA.

This beer is way more nuanced than it would initially appear and presents very inviting aromas of citrus and pine. A very sturdy malt profile holds up against the assertive hop profile. Flavors of brown bread blend beautifully with pine sweetness, orange marmalade, and a hint of kiwi. This beer is incredibly smooth and drinkable—a beer truly made for celebrating ten years of organic Aslan beer!
