Fresh Hop Kolsch is brewed with ingredients that travel no more than 30 miles to reach our brewery. We sourced the grain from Hedlin Farms in Skagit and the hops from Growing Veterans in Lynden. The fresh hops present a subtle pine characteristic that leads into flavors of cola, mandarin orange, and thyme, all balanced with a soft body and crisp finish. This beer is the most sustainable and local beer we make all year.
