Inspired by a shared love of easy drinking and nuanced Czech lager bier, the brewers of Aslan and Metier are stoked to bring this Czech Dark Lager to life. This beer is deep and complex with flavors of cherry, plum, roasted barley, milk chocolate, and dark bread. Lagered for over two months, this beer developed into a smooth and well rounded beer. We’re excited to share this beer with you all and can wait to raise a glass together a Metier’s Cherry St. location tomorrow.
