Types of Rent Outs

SITTING ROOM RESERVATIONS

The Depot’s sitting room is perfect for late afternoon business meetings, birthday parties, cocktail hour with friends, and as a home base for larger parties for food or decor.

• The hourly rental fee is $50/hour, 2 hour minimum

• It can seat 10-15 people or accommodate up to 20 for more of a mingling, reception-style setting.

• Bar service with food available for delivery from our Brewpub menu

• Available 7 days a week

FULL DEPOT RENT-OUT

The Depot is a great location for larger parties like receptions, holiday celebrations, and more. Occupancy here is 75 with seating, 125 with standing room only. Our uncovered patio, weather permitting, seats 100. The maximum capacity for the entire venue is 125.Check out our rent-out rates below.
