Brewed as a celebration of our seventh anniversary, Totality is a mashup of classic Pale Ales and the new wave of Hazy Pale Ales. A lower than average (for a hazy) percentage of wheat and oats lends to a lighter body and a more drinkable beer. Initially, this beer presents softer flavors of cotton candy and honeydew, but over time the bitterness builds, and flavors of lime, orange bitters, and evergreen needles dominate the palate. This mashup of styles lends itself to a pleasant experience, intriguing the drinker with every sip.
