This is not your average Pilsner. Using American ingredients in this beer is enough to question whether this beer is actually a Pilsner. With immense respect to the pioneers of the Pilsner style, we can now interpret this style in a different light. Totality's nose is grainy sweet, with hints of marshmallows and berries. Initial flavors of honeydew, strawberry, and crackers carry through, balanced with a pleasant, lingering bitterness. This beer is a celebration of everything we love about traditional Pilsners while highlighting non-traditional hop choices.
